We do not allow the download of the information in any way hence any data uploaded do not hold any ownership claim, please upload any info by agreeing the terms and conditions.  

For any type of abusive, absurd, sexually motivated, criminal/illegitimate data posts or topics, videos/audios/post or images affecting the sentiments of any religion or individuals, we reserve the rights to remove the content if we receive any complaints or if our system detects such info, that can be deleted without taking any consent from the uploader and  Kloud Space Technologies, BL and Cloudspace technologies holds all the rights to decide whether to keep such data or to delete it or remove from publishing on the website. For any disputes on such contents and information, user who have uploaded is responsible and we do not hold any responsibility or liability on it.

All the services we offer are being discussed with you (client) and we share the details with cost and reoccurring cost. 

As per your agreement we will proceed with the work assignment or contract (short term or long term) 
We strive to be compliant and within the data privacy and content law as described by Netherlands Government. 
We also follow the GDPR guidelines on the cyber and data protection. 
As a consultant (individual), we/I offer the best effort-based services which are shared in the agreement and invoices as well. 
SLA details are given in the invoice. 

We have booked the domain name as per your advice and your payment to us confirms this as an agreement. 
Your website content, layout, logo, images, and text are your responsibility. We have built your website as per your instructions and the data in the form of text, files, images, media you have provided to us. You are the owner and accountable for your business and its content you publish on your website. 
We advise you to check with local and national government policies to be compliant with your business. 
The invoice is raised for every task that we do and expected time of payment is mentioned in the invoice itself. 
Invoice also mention if there is any maintenance work associated with your type of service. 

Any delays in the payment may result in additional service interests. 
We have our cloud based hosting platforms in Bharat, Netherlands, France and USA.

you can cancel the subscription within 7 days if you are not happy, we will refund your payment if any, excluding service charge of 10% on the total payment.

For the ease of support and help our customer post their questions and concerns, we have provided chat and call functionality, we are using Third Party 3cx free version to enable this support. We request our customers to add their name and email address so that we know whom with we are interacting. Its customer choice to make a chat/call to us for support and we do not urge/push customer in any way to add their email address. If any terms and conditions not mentioned in the Service agreement, these terms and conditions are applible.

Hosting Policies:

We thank you for opting for our hosting services. We respect your decision and would like to share our terms and conditions which are as per GDPR and The Netherlands guidelines. As described in the previous page, our terms and policies remain mostly similar, but we have added few additional notes on hosting platform and hence we urge you to please read through the below points again  

  • hosting platform we have is a shared platform, shared is referred to same server, same storage and cloud service provider. 

  • We use logical segregation on the same servers to keep your data separate from other running tenants. 

  • Tenants are referred to the running services for the client on the server. 

 

  • All the services we offer are being discussed with you (client) and we share the details with cost and reoccurring cost. 

 

  • All details are published on our website as well for your review in case if you have any doubt or unclarity with the services, please refer to terms and conditions and let us know if you have any questions. 

  • As per your agreement we will proceed with the work assignment or contract (short term or long term)

Service Contract specific Conditions –
Until unless it is not mentioned in the service contract, Cloudspace technologies/cstechnologies and its affiliate are not responsible for website development, code fixes and any other vulnerabilities.

In general terms, Cloudspace technologies/cstechnologies and its affiliate, only perform yearly maintenance, here maintenance meaning –

– Check the servers where website is running

– update server operating system if needed

– check the TLS/Certificates for the website and if needed renew, client will be charged for the certificate renewal as per certificate type is purchased.

– email services are not maintained by Cloudspace technologies/cstechnologies and its affiliate, email services are purchased from the domain registrar and id Domain registrar’s responsibility.

– if there is any explicit requirement on the services, customer has to mention and should be added into the service agreement.

– standard SLA for website and application availability is 98% and can be increased with negotiation on pricing and must be clearly mentioned in the service contract.

– any additional support provided like email setup/outlook configuration, passwords update etc, will be charged 15 euroes per hour basis.

– Any major changes where development or fixes are needed, an email confirmation from customer and agreement on email is needed to proceed and will be charged as per discussion during the time.

– Please let us know upfront if above terms are not agreeable for you or any changes are required, we expect our customers to report service contract specific changes within one week of service contact start.

– Payments agreed in service contracts are applicable from day 1 since we need to pay to service vendors where web servers and services are running, hence in the event of any disputes, refunds will be per service contract agreement.
