1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Cloud Space Technologies’ websites, services, hosting, products, and consultancy solutions.

By accessing our websites or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

Cloud Space Technologies operates in accordance with applicable laws of the Netherlands and the European Union.


2. General Service Terms

All services, pricing, recurring charges, and agreement details are provided in writing before the start of any work.

Work begins only after:

  • Client approval, or
  • Payment confirmation

We provide services on a best-effort basis as outlined in the invoice or agreement.


3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing correct domain registration details
  • Supplying website content (text, images, logos, layout)
  • Ensuring all submitted content is legal, accurate, and non-infringing
  • Verifying correctness of all provided data

Cloud Space Technologies does not verify ownership or copyright of client-provided content.

We are not responsible for any illegal, copyrighted, or misleading content submitted by the client.


4. Payment Terms

  • All invoices must be paid before or on the due date
  • Late payments may result in:
    • Interest charges
    • Suspension of services
  • Maintenance or recurring fees are clearly defined in the invoice
  • No service begins without payment confirmation

5. Hosting Services

We provide cloud hosting services in:

  • India
  • Netherlands
  • France
  • United States

Hosting Terms

  • Hosting fees (monthly/annual) are payable from day one
  • We maintain:
    • Server health
    • OS updates
    • SSL renewals (certificate cost may be extra)
  • Email services must be managed via the client’s domain provider
  • Additional support (email setup, password reset, etc.) is billed at €25/hour
  • Major changes or development work require:
    • Written approval
    • Additional cost

6. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

  • Standard uptime SLA: 98%
  • Higher SLA levels are available with custom pricing upon request

7. Subscription Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed after deducting a 10% service fee
  • No refunds are issued after 7 days

8. Project Engagement Terms

Advance Payment

  • A 40% non-refundable advance is required
  • Covers:
    • Planning
    • Resource allocation
    • Initial development

Remaining Payment

  • Remaining 60% due upon delivery
  • No final files or project handover until full payment

Client Confirmation

  • Clients must confirm cancellation/pause within 7 days
  • Without confirmation:
    • Work continues
    • Billing continues

Termination

  • If a project is stopped mid-way:
    • The 40% advance is retained

9. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Clients have 7 days to review delivered work
  • After 7 days, the project is considered accepted

10. Legal Compliance & GDPR

We comply with GDPR and Dutch data protection laws.

We process data only for:

  • Project development
  • Billing
  • Technical support
  • Legal compliance

We do not share client data unless:

  • Required by law
  • Necessary to deliver the service

11. Written Communication Requirement

All agreements and changes must be documented via:

  • Email
  • Ticketing system
  • Signed digital agreements

❌ Verbal instructions are not legally valid


12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

All disputes shall be handled exclusively in Dutch courts.
